There is a current position for a HCA (Full Time) in Wakefield.

Position requirements:

In your role as a HCA (Full Time) you're expected to carry out a duty of care to the residents in the home you are working at. Your tasks will be varied and set by the home.

It is expected that the ideal HCA (Full Time) has:

• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, even under pressured situations.
• Adaptability to different work shifts.

The position requires the following:

• Commitment to providing high standards of care.
• Be willing to provide two professional references (verified with the organisation).
• Be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Wage:£10.42-£20.74

*We do require that all our bank staff have recent experience in a nursing or residential care home or a hospital setting. We require 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5.
