We get plenty of questions about the services we provide here at Medilink Nursing. We understand that navigating the healthcare landscape can be daunting, and that’s why we are committed to providing transparent and comprehensive information to our clients. If you can’t find the answer to your question below, you can get in touch with our knowledgeable Operations Team. They are available to answer any questions you may have every day of the year, between 6:00am and 10:30pm.

Can you guarantee consistent quality?

We try our best to supply the highest quality Carers and Nurses available to our clients. All Medilink Nursing workers undergo a thorough recruitment process, ensuring that you receive fully qualified, experienced staff, when you need them most.

Do you provide training?

Medilink Nursing provides candidates with mandatory training on an annual basis.

How much notice is required if I need to cancel a booking?

We would appreciate at least 24 hours notice if you decide to cancel a booking. If less notice is given we may charge a fee.

Can I request the same person again?

Where possible, Medilink Nursing provides staff who have previously worked at your establishment, to ensure continuity of service.

Can I hire one of your candidates?

Although we do not encourage clients to recruit our candidates, upon request, we can provide a permanent placement for a fee.

Do your workers wear a uniform?

Yes, all workers are issued with smart uniforms before they start with Medilink Nursing.
