Care Assistant (Flexible hours) duties include:

As a Care Assistant (Flexible hours), you need to show patience and be positive when communicating with residents. Your activities will be varied on a day-to-day basis, but will all contribute to ensuring a good quality of life for those under your care.

An ideal Care Assistant (Flexible hours) candidate has:

• Adjustability to work different shift schedules.
• The ability to always display excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

The position requires the following:

• Commitment to providing high standards of care.
• Establish and maintain great working relationships.
• Know how to plan and manage your own workload assignments.
• At least two professional references that are verified with the organisation.

*Every successful applicant is required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

* We do require that all of our sign-ups have at least 6 months of experience in the last two years in a hospital, nursing or residential care home. 2 years in the last 5 years is also accepted.
