Currently in Diss, there is a new opening for a Mental Nurse Part-Time.

More about the role:

In your role as a Mental Nurse Part-Time you're expected to carry out a duty of care to the residents of the home you are working at. The activities can range from providing physical support for residents to providing emotional support to them and their families.

The ideal Mental Nurse Part-Time possesses:

• A caring, compassionate, and understanding character.
• Appreciation for importance of the work they do.
• Two years experience in the last five years, or 6 months experience in the last two years. Both would need to be in a Nursing or Residential Home.

Conditions you must meet are:

• Possess a checkable work history of at least five years.
• Be able to carry out assignments in different care homes.
• You should have undertaken up-to-date training.

Position wage:£21-£43

*Everyone who applies and is successful must undergo a DBS check (enhanced level).

*Due to the nature of the role, suitable experience is required. The following is accepted: 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years working in a hospital setting, a nursing home or a residential care home.
