We've got an opening for a HCA (Flexi-hours) near LS7 Leeds.

Role specification:

You'll need to show patience and a positive outlook when you are communicating with residents as a HCA (Flexi-hours). Your activities will vary day-to-day, but they will all contribute to ensuring a good quality of life for those under your care.

What do we expect from the ideal HCA (Flexi-hours)?

• The ability to adapt to different work shifts.
• Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.

• Be able to produce two professional references that are verified with the organisation.
• Have the ability to manage workload assignments effectively.
• You require the right to live and work in the UK.
• Have experience establishing effective working relationships.
• Be devoted to providing high quality care.

You'll be paid:£10.42-£20.00

*Please note, all applicants must undertake a DBS check (enhanced level) if successful.

*Applicants need to possess experience of at least 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years, working in a nursing or residential care home or hospital.
