Job specification:

As a Senior Support Worker (Full Time), your job will be to improve residents' quality of life, whilst establishing a great relationship with both themselves and their loved ones.

We would expect a Senior Support Worker (Full Time) to possess:

• Outstanding verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to different work shifts.

Our requirements are:

• Be committed to providing superb care.
• Be able to plan and manage your own workload in a time-efficient manner.
• Have a checkable 5 years of work history.
• Have the right to live and work in the UK.
• You should have undertaken up-to-date training.
• Have a minimum of two professional references (verified with the organisation).

Pay:£10.42-£20

*Everyone who is successful must apply for an Enhanced DBS check.

*Due to the nature of the role, suitable experience is required. The following is accepted: 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years working in a hospital setting, a nursing home or a residential care home.
