Job specification:

As a Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for both the physical and social care of residents, helping them with activities to promote an independent and dignified life.

To be an ideal Care Assistant candidate, you need the following:

• Ability to work varied shift patterns.
• The ability to always display excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

*Successful candidates are required to apply for an enhanced DBS check.

*Due to the nature of the role, suitable experience is required. The following is accepted: 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years working in a hospital setting, a nursing home or a residential care home.
