In BD21 , there is an opening for a Flexible hours Care Assistant.

Flexible hours Care Assistant are expected to carry out the following:

Your responsibility as a Flexible hours Care Assistant will be to care for residents, assist with social activities, and to improve their day-to-day lives.

Any Flexible hours Care Assistant should have:

• Outstanding verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
• Adjustability to work different shift schedules.

We require the following from all candidates:

• Establish effective working relationships.
• Have a dedication to providing superb care.
• Be able to manage assignments.
• Be able to produce two professional references that are verified with the organisation.

Flexible hours Care Assistant payment:£10.42-£19

*All successful applicants must be registered with the DBS Update Service or undertake an Enhanced DBS check.

*Due to the nature of the role, suitable experience is required. The following is accepted: 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years working in a hospital setting, a nursing home or a residential care home.
