Role Description:

Working as a Senior Care Assistant, your job will be to help people lead a better day-to-day life by assisting them in activities and socialising with others.

The ideal Senior Care Assistant possesses:

• Minimum six months experience in the past two years, or two years experience in the last five, working in Nursing or Residential Care.
• The ability to always display excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• A patient attitude to those under your care.
• Adjustability to work different shift schedules.
• Commitment for what they do.

The position’s requirements are as follows:

• Be able to carry out assignments in different care homes.
• Possess up-to-date training in all the necessary fields.
• Be able to show a checkable work history of at least five years.
• Have a minimum of two professional references (verified with the organisation).

Pay rate:£10.42-£20.00
