We are currently looking for a Senior Flexi-hours Support Worker in HG2 .

Your duties:

As a Senior Flexi-hours Support Worker, you are responsible for the residents in the home you’re working at. You will be required to complete any tasks set by the home, and tend to any residents that may need your help.

A great Senior Flexi-hours Support Worker would possess:

• A caring and sympathetic attitude at all times.
• Adjustability to work different shift schedules.
• Undertaken a minimum of 6 months experience in a professional Nursing or Care role within the last 2 years. Alternatively, have 2 years experience in the last 5.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, even under pressured situations.
• Commitment for what they do.

What will be required of you:

• Be able to produce two professional references (verified with the organisation).
• Be able to adapt to different care home settings.
• Be able to plan and manage your own workload in a time-efficient manner.

Rates of pay:£10.42-£19

*Successful candidates are required to undergo a DBS check (enhanced level).

*Due to the nature of the role, suitable experience is required. The following is accepted: 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years working in a hospital setting, a nursing home or a residential care home.
