As a Care Assistant - Days, your duties will include:

You'll need to show patience and a positive outlook when you are communicating with residents as a Care Assistant - Days. Your activities will vary day-to-day, but they will all contribute to ensuring a good quality of life for those under your care.

A great Care Assistant - Days would possess:

• The ability to always display excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Adjustability to be able to work varied shifts.

Conditions to meet are:

• Be able to produce two professional references (verified with the organisation).
• You must have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
• Be prepared to manage your workload assignments effectively.
