Information about the position:

As a Carer - Days, you need to show patience and be positive when communicating with residents. Your activities will be varied on a day-to-day basis, but will all contribute to ensuring a good quality of life for those under your care.

A great Carer - Days would possess:

• Flexibility to different work shifts.
• Excellent communication skills - verbal, non-verbal and written.

Requirements to meet are:

• Be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the UK.
• Be able to plan and manage assignments.
• Be able to produce two professional references (verified with the organisation).
• Establish and maintain great working relationships.

Rates of pay:£10.42-£20.00

*Every successful applicant is required to undergo a DBS check (enhanced level).

*Before applying, please ensure you have at least 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 worth of experience in a hospital, residential care or nursing home.
