We are currently looking for a Senior Part-Time Care Worker in DL3 Darlington.

More about the job:

Your responsibility as a Senior Part-Time Care Worker will be to care for residents, assist with social activities, and to improve their day-to-day lives.

It is expected that the ideal Senior Part-Time Care Worker has:

• Either six months experience in the last two years, or two years experience in the last five - in Nursing or Residential Homes.
• Flexability and adapatability to work varied shifts.
• Outstanding verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
• A caring, compassionate, and understanding character.
• Appreciation for importance of the work they do.

The position’s requirements are:

• Provide at least two professional references that are verified with the organisation.
• You must have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
• Devotion to providing high-quality care.
• Have undertaken up-to-date training in mandatory areas.
• Be happy to go to different care homes and undertake various tasks.
• Be able to plan and manage your own workload effectively.

Pay rate:£10.42-£19.90

*All successful applicants must be registered with the DBS Update Service or undertake an Enhanced DBS check.

*Due to the nature of the role, suitable experience is required. The following is accepted: 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years working in a hospital setting, a nursing home or a residential care home.
