Job specification:

Working as a Senior Care Worker (Flexi-hours), your job will be to help people lead a better day-to-day life by assisting them in activities and socialising with others.

An ideal Senior Care Worker (Flexi-hours) candidate has:

• Ability to work varied shift patterns.
• Fantastic communication skills (verbal, non-verbal and written).
• Get enjoyment out of the work and care they give.
• Undertaken a minimum of 6 months experience in a professional Nursing or Care role within the last 2 years. Alternatively, have 2 years experience in the last 5.

The position’s requirements are as follows:

• Be devoted to providing superb care.
• Have a minimum of two professional references (verified with the organisation).
• Confirm your work history from the past five years.
• Effective management of your own workload.

Payment:£10.42-£20

*Successful candidates are required to apply for an enhanced DBS check.

*Due to the nature of the role, suitable experience is required. The following is accepted: 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years working in a hospital setting, a nursing home or a residential care home.
