In BD23 Skipton, we are excited to be looking for a Senior Support Worker (days).

Position description:

In your role as a Senior Support Worker (days) you're expected to carry out a duty of care to the residents of the home you are working at. The activities can range from providing physical support for residents to providing emotional support to them and their families.

To be an ideal Senior Support Worker (days), you should have:

• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills, even in potentially stressful situations.
• Adjustability to work different shift schedules.
• Enjoyment from the challenges that arise from working in care.
• A compassionate and caring attitude.
• Work experience in a Nursing or Residential Home for a minimum of six months in the last two years, or two years in the last five.

Our requirements are:

• You need to be able to prepare and manage workload assignments effectively.
• Establish effective working relationships.
• You need to provide at least two professional references that are verifiable with the organisation.

Hourly rate of pay£10.42-£20.74
